Maraschino Cherry Pearls

  1. Blend 0.5 tsp sodium citrate in 100mL water
  2. Slowly add 100mL marashino cherry juice while continuing to mix
  3. With blender on low speed, add 1 tsp sodium alginate and mix thoroughly
  4. Add to Spherificator
  5. Create calcium bath in a separate bowl (1 tsp Calcium Chloride in 500mL water)
  6. Spherificate!
  7. Rinse and serve
