If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to offer our customer satisfaction guarantee within 30 days. Please contact us directly via email through firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll free at 1-866-313-5898 and we will guide you through this process. Depending on the specific situation, we may either ask you to return the unit or request proof that it has been destroyed before your refund is processed. If a return is required, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs. While we offer free shipping across North America and a flat rate of $40 Worldwide, the original actual cost of shipping your order to you could very likely exceed this amount and therefore your final refund may be for the full amount of your purchase minus the original shipping cost we incurred.
The Spherificator comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty through Cedarlane Culinary. To make a warranty claim, please contact us directly through email at email@example.com or call us toll free at 1-866-313-5898 and we will guide you through this process. In most cases, we will go over some troubleshooting with you to get your Spherificator up and running again, but if this fails, we will send you a replacement unit. Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, so solutions may vary but will always result in you having a working unit or a refund.
All purchases paid with a coupon code, rebate or discount are final sale and may not be returned.
Please note we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, monogrammed/personalized items, special-order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
